LIMIT ONE ORDER PER CUSTOMER NEW VARIETY for our farm. This sweet potato has tan skin, with a violet purple flesh. Matures in 120 to 140 days in Tennessee. Oki’s are super food packed with high antioxidants and fiber. Dense, dry and slightly sweet. Best when wrapped, then baked slow @400 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes for creamy texture.
