The Texas Porto Rico is a deep red skinned variety with similarities to the Bunch Porto Rico. However, it is a “Runner type” with a creamy orange/white meat. Color is similar to Salmon & it has a Rich Sweet potato flavor. Resistant to Bacterial Root Rot & Somewhat Resistant to Root Knot Nematode. Delicious potato that matures in 100+ days. (Heavy yielder).
